Privacy Policy

In short

• Your profile, routine, progress and coach chats are saved only on your device, in your browser. We cannot see them.
• We only receive what you choose to send us: your feedback and, if you ask for it, your Elite access request.
• Vision AI analyzes your posture inside your browser. No image or video is uploaded or stored.
• No cookies, no advertising, no tracking or analytics tools. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Who we are

Atlas Fit (atlasfitness.mcds.ai) is operated by MC Digital Systems, based in the United States ("we", "us"). Elite coaching requests are handled by MC Digital Systems and its MC Entrenamiento trainers. For any privacy question or request, write to contacto@mcdigitalsystems.com.

2. Data saved only on your device

To create and follow your plan, Atlas Fit saves the following in your browser's local storage on your own device:

• Your name, age, sex, weight, height, goal, experience level, available days, equipment and activity level.
• Whether you told us you have an injury or physical limitation (yes or no only), and whether you confirmed professional clearance.
• Your routine, completed workouts, weight log, level, conversations with the virtual coach and language preference.

This information is not sent to us or to anyone else. You can delete it at any time with Reset plan in the app (in Settings on mobile) or by clearing your browser data. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, it cannot be recovered.

3. Data you choose to send us

Feedback

If you use Give feedback, we receive your star rating, your comment (optional), your level, your number of completed workouts, your language and the date and time. Your name and health data are not included. We use it to improve Atlas Fit.

Elite access request

If you request Elite access, we receive your name, your email and/or WhatsApp number, your message (optional), your number of completed workouts, your language, the date and time, and your consent to be contacted. We use it only to review your request and contact you about Elite. Please do not include medical information in your message.

Both are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet that only our team can access, through a Google Apps Script that we control.

4. Camera and microphone

Vision AI (Pro level) uses your camera only after you allow it. The analysis happens in your browser; no image or video leaves your device or is stored. When you open Vision AI, your browser downloads the analysis software from the jsDelivr network and the posture model from Google servers, which receive standard technical data such as your IP address.

Voice: dictating to the coach uses your browser's speech recognition. In some browsers, such as Google Chrome, the audio is processed by the browser provider under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your audio. Reading answers aloud uses your device's built-in voice.

You can withdraw camera and microphone permissions at any time in your browser settings.

5. Service providers

• Hostinger hosts the website. Like any web server, it may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of each visit for security and operation.
• Google stores the feedback and Elite requests you send (Google Sheets and Apps Script) and hosts the Vision AI model.
• jsDelivr delivers the Vision AI software.
• Unsplash serves some photos on our pages, so it receives standard technical data when they load.
• YouTube only if you tap a demonstration video link, which opens YouTube.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. Some of them may process data in the United States and other countries.

6. What we do not do

We do not use cookies, advertising, analytics or tracking tools. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

7. How long we keep it

• Feedback: up to 24 months, to compare how Atlas Fit improves over time.
• Elite requests: while we review and handle them, and up to 12 months after closing them. If you become an Elite client, the terms of that service apply.

You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time, by writing to contacto@mcdigitalsystems.com. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, in a U.S. state with a privacy law such as California, or in the European Union), you may have additional rights, including the right to file a complaint with your data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

The data saved on your device is fully under your control: you can view it in the app and delete it with Reset plan.

9. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only our team can access the spreadsheet where your feedback and requests are stored. No system is 100% secure, but we limit the data we collect to the minimum needed.

10. Age

Atlas Fit is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Health information

Atlas Fit offers general fitness and nutrition guidance. It does not replace advice from a doctor, physical therapist or registered dietitian. The health information you enter (such as weight or injuries) stays on your device.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is important, we will also let you know in the app.
